1) To determine PROTEIN Multiply your height in inches by 2.5 - Subtract 100. This is your daily PROTEIN Requirement in grams. The best Proteins are Eggs and Pork
2) To determine your daily CARBOHYDRATE Ration, Divide PROTEIN grams by 2. This is your daily CARBOHYDRATE Ration in Grams. The best Carbs are vegetables and whole fruit.
3) To determine your daily FAT Ration, Multiply PROTEIN grams by 2. This is your daily FAT Ration in Grams. Butter and cream are good fats. No margerine or fake fats.
